Service Not Provided

Partial Refund Scenarios

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled between 30 minutes to 2 hours before scheduled time may receive a 50% refund, subject to review.

No Refund Scenarios

No-Show

If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Last-Minute Cancellation

Appointments cancelled less than 30 minutes before scheduled time are not eligible for refunds.

Prescription and Medicine Refunds

Digital Prescriptions

  • Digital prescriptions are non-refundable once generated and delivered

Medicine Orders

  • Medicine orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
